Is there some kind of override or something that I can do to open the drive without restarting the computer? They make you BUY the CD versus COPY a CD borrowed from the LIBRARY for example. I have always used LG drives and currently I am burning using Verbatim CD blanks that are rated at 52x. I never do anything else on my computer while the burning is going on (it only takes about 5 minutes to accomplish anyway).
