Cant Run Msconfig
So what might have changed? Seems like quite a few of us got hit with this at the same time.... This worked. Msconfig.exe still tries to save the changes even if you do not have the appropriate permissions, and then retries this process after it receives an access denied error. Join over 733,556 other people just like you! It doesn't hurt to have multible options. To invoke msconfig via the RUN command is to really request msconfig.exe. The windows equivalent to pathing?

I don't think the PATH value is the problem as msconfig is not even in the default path.
