Can't Uninstall IE7 Beta 2

I then renamed the directory from Program Files and later moved backed the files which were missing. as long as you have saved/backed up your files. He wants to transfer me back to IE7 group. I only have the main log files. (ie7beta2_main.log and ie7beta3_main.log) What should I do to uninstall my IE 7 Beta 2. It has some known bugs and incompatibilities that will be fixed before the final release. Weird. Everything seemed to work again after that except IE.

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3:Click “Start,” and then click “Control Panel.” Click “Add or Remove Programs.” Scroll down to "Windows Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3", select it, Hope this helps. This should work since it's much faster than having to type it in manually in a DOS prompt (since on some systems the file will get replaced almost immediatly by explorer.exe. navigate here can't IE Setup detect beta 2 and upgrade to beta 3? Then when you try to install b3 it gives you and error. Normaliz.dll was found in the temp folder. My solution was the clue from Perfect Uninstaller which gave the date of the IE8 install and go back to the checkpoint before it was installed.
Second, yes Microsoft should offer a fix since deleting update uninstall folders is not something Microsoft says not to do.

Since it doesn't sign in anymore. So the Setup CD-ROM didn't work at getting his computer back up and running. the only difference is that there are some more keys as far as I can see. Now system restore doesn't open (probably some problem with a dll as windows help also doesn't start), and the IE7 beta2 uninstaller shows this error message %MSG_IE7SameUserUninstall%, and then closes.

We have automatic updates turned on because that's what is said to be the best way to keep updates on a computer to keep it working good. MSN Messenger also seems to use this file (it was also listed there), so this is probably why MSN doesn't work anymore either (Error code 80004005). Most likely it is hidden, so make sure you enable the Windows explorer to show hidden files. I had IE8 beta 1 that was causing a lot of problems at work during our site testing - it had to go!
